Hi Joe, Recruiting IT candidates is a tough job Joe. None of the email I send out is intended to be spam. I look through hundreds of email, resumes, and yes job boards before I compose an email and send a job description out. I did get you resume profile from the web (pasted below) but in your defense I emailed you the wrong job description (it unfortunately happens). I do make mistakes on occasion but I list all my contact info on my email so if I happen to email someone the wrong job description in your case, by mistake. You can contact me and correct me. The two positions I should have sent you are a Product Mgr. (Enterprise application level and ecommerce 2 positions open) position in Knoxville (with the same client as the mistaken emails) and a Cold Fusion PHP position also in Knoxville, TN. Joe I have been recruiting for 10 years and do my best not to be labeled a spammer (spamateer). But my main mode of contact to IT professional is the phone (hard to call someone at work) and email (the preferred method by request). So I hope you understand that I am admitting that I did email you the incorrect job description on 1/31/07. My apologies. But I would in the future still like to keep you as a possible candidate if you ever decide to look for a position in the Knoxville area. Heh, sorry, I really thought you were spam and not a recruiter at all. I’ll remove your name from the post… |
